Dear Window Pros:

Back in May or June when we were getting the calls for a demonstration of the windows, our first thought was, “Another demonstration that is just going to waste our time.” The demonstrator came and really impressed us with the windows. He showed us how strong and efficient they were. The windows really sold themselves, but our concern was how we would be able to afford them. We are a family of 5 on a tight budget and really didn’t think it was possible. Window Pros really worked with us and made it really affordable. We actually saved a little money each month. Hard to believe, huh? Yeah it was for us too! It only took you 2 days to install 12 windows to our home and it really makes a difference in the appearance. We also noticed how energy efficient they are right away. The front of our house receives most of the sun during the day and even with our 2 yr old central air system, 2 of the bedrooms would be extremely warm by the end of the day. Now the rooms are comfortable and enjoyable to be in. Thank you so much for all your help and support and we cant wait to spread the word on what a wonderful and affordable experience this was for us.

Our heating costs came down slightly form the start and our air conditioners ran a lot less this summer than last even with the increase in temperatures. The courtesy of your employees was wonderful. Today I am the proud owner of thirty-three (33) new windows manufactured and installed by the Allentown Window Pros. I own a home that was built in 1895 and the house had all original windows. Needless to say they were not efficient. Allentown Window Pros made it easy for me to purchase all of the new windows for my home with their financing opportunities. The installation crew was polite, professional and kind. They kept their mess to a minimum and used drop cloths and their vacuum daily. The Allentown Window Pros installation crew are definite craftsmen.
The appearance of the windows is absolutely beautiful. All of my neighbors have commented how nice the house looks.
I am looking forward to lower gas heating costs. Even though the windows have only been in for a few days, I notice the difference in the warmth of the house.

Our new windows are great! We’ve already noticed a difference in room temperature. I especially love my new kitchen garden window – it lets a lot more natural light in and makes the kitchen seem bigger.

The installers were prompt, friendly, courteous and efficient. They cleaned completely before leaving so it was almost impossible to tell that the windows had just been installed.

This have been a really good experience. I wish we had done it sooner.

I wish to thank you for the wonderful job you did on my replacement windows. They are everything you said they would be. I do hope they will do a good job in the cold of the coming winter.

I love reading by the bay window in the living room. I did not feel the heat from the sun or the very hot days we had this summer.

The only thing your salesman should have mentioned when he measured the windows is that our conditioner will not fit in your windows. I was very disappointed in that I couldn’t use my air conditioner this summer.

I would gladly recommend your windows to people that have central air conditioning in their house.
